I work as a freelance photographer in both Kenya and the United States. Nature, landscape, wildlife, and travel photography are some of my main interests to photography. Long mountain expeditions, hikes, and road trips are among my favorite activities. These are the images that inspire me to take breath-taking photographs. My goal with photography is to capture the feeling of exploring a place and freeze it in time so that it may be shared and re-shared again and over.
I begun my photography journey with a small point and shoot Sony Camera that my uncle had given me when I started high school. I would use it to take photos of fellow students during school trips.
After completing high school, I acquired my first camera; a Canon Powershot SX 530 HS, which really broadened my scope on different photography skills. This camera was so good that when I let go, it felt as if I had lost a companion, a friend and something I loved.
I now have a better DSLR Canon Camera (Canon Eos 800D) that I have been using for the last one year. I have greatly improved my work and I am striving to even capture award winning photos in the future.
